Nice cruise. Just disappointed in the new ship compared to activities available on the Escape and Getaway. Very disappointed that I had to pay extra for those onboard activities. I already payed a fortune for the cruise and then they expected me to pay another $200/child for ability to do unlimited go carting. Or $175/person for unlimited video games. Or $200/person for unlimited laser tag. Insane. Won't go on this ship again.

The ship was amazing, the people were awesome, the experience overall was wonderful. The drink Package was a good choice for us. Getting on and off the ship was the best we had ever experiences. My only complaint really was the food. The payouts on bingo and such were small but I chose to play so that was on me. The food I couldn't control. I honestly believe the specialty restaurants were the answer but we didn't want to wait to eat for such long periods that we had experienced in the past. Hindsight- Apparently worth the time to get better food. The presentations and service still amazing. The quality of the food included was just poor. Gone are the lobster nights and baked Alaska's and crème brulee, etc. Still some fancy stuff but taste was just missing.

Enjoyed my cruise on the Bliss. Would recommend it. The Vibe Beach Club was well worth the extra money. Eat in the smaller dining rooms if you are a couple or with a small group.

the experience far exceeded my expectations. the ship was very clean, the staff were all polite and helpful and the food was great. I'd prefer more ports of call yet there was plenty to do on the ship. embarkation was smooth ad efficient.

The bliss is a huge beautiful ship! Our adjoining balcony rooms on deck nine or adequate tidy and bright. We never met a room steward however our room is always clean and tidy. Food was plentiful all around the ship. Cagneys and Teppanaki were our favorite specialty restaurants. The main dining room and buffet we’re also very good. The entertainment was plentiful however the venues are too small with that many passengers on the ship. Making reservations for shows including the comedy club were tedious. We would’ve liked more music at the pool and spice H2O. Jersey Boys was fantastic. Frederick and joy in the spice H2O bar exceeded our expectations!! Some venues were close completely for private parties which is unacceptable. The smoking section was more than inadequate and a disappointment after sailing on the Breakaway last year. Overall we had a spectacular cruise vacation on the big beautiful ship however due to the reasons listed above we probably would not sail the Bliss again in the future .

Loved this ship! Made many friends with friendly bartenders on board.

We enjoyed the trip. We were quite disheartened by the extra cost for everything along the way. Extra money for laser tag, extra money for racing, extra money for restaurants, extra money for bowling. It just gets a little too much. I miss the days of all inclusive cruising.

Customer Service was seriously lacking, the folks acted as though they were mad or upset the entire cruise. The Bar Staff and Room attendant never got better. Very disappointed. Ship was beautiful, had a great time at ports. Probably will never sail with them again.

I would go on the NCL Bliss again - just different ports of call - looking at Alaska

Needs to be a Lil better for people with wheelchairs and scooters trying to get in and out their rooms

We really enjoyed our cruise, and would give it all 5 stars, if not for the swimming pool shortage and no straws for drinks. Very good cruise overall, mostly thanks to the people who run it. We felt were welcomed there! The Cruise Director Dan Dan is super energetic and funny, he has a wonderful Assistant Director and the rest of the staff. They taught simple dances, played funny games, organized parties. Never slept!

The Bliss is a lovely ship, although over crowded for our taste. We stayed in the Haven, which gave us some relief, but we found the "free style" of 4500 passengers a bit overwhelming. Most importantly, we felt there was an "up charge" at every possible opportunity. If I could not afford the Haven, I would have endured a very frustrating time.

Great cruise. The Norwegian Bliss is an awesome ship. We have already booked another trip on this same ship.

We had a wonderful time with our family on this beautiful ship. Lots for kids and young families to do together! We really enjoyed the excellent food, the atrium entertainment, and the beautiful scenery. We’d love to take the Bliss to Alaska some time soon!

It was a pleasant experience but I am not a cruise person. I found cruising to be a little too crowded and the excursions do not give me enough time to really explore the island. I feel like I am just putting pins on a map and I have a more progressive view of travel. But that is just a personal preference and nothing against Norwegian at all.

Everything was perfect!!! 5 stars to Jokas Rodrigues and his exceptional bar service at the pool, his dedication was second to none. I do not think the Bliss would be complete without him!!!

The cruise was excellent. Some of the entertainment venues, however, were too small to accommodate the crowds. We could not get into some of the shows because there was no room. There are separate pools for adults and children. That was great!

Overall, great time on the Bliss, first time on a Norwegian Cruise. There was a lot to do on and off the ship. Crew was polite and accommodating. The only real annoyance was that the beach chairs fill up but with sunny days and only 2 pools it's hard to have a chair for everyone. There was a ledge all around the kids pool so that was additional seating. Would definitely do again.
