The food was outstanding everywhere we ate. Far surpasses Princess and Holland America, the other lines we have cruised. The variety of restaurants was excellent. We did have one problem in one of the main dining rooms, Taste, for breakfast. The service was awful, disorganized, slow, and what food they served was cold when we got it and half of our order never arrived. We complained and received a free lunch at Margaritaville and chocolate-covered strawberries were delivered to our stateroom. That was a very nice gesture, but hopefully Norwegian will step up their training program.

Please remember to make reservations for shows as soon as possible, even though they are free, preferably before you get on the ship, since the shows fill-up quickly.

This was truly a self-serve cruise, very little personal attention. The room steward visited our room once per day. No turndown service, no chocolates, we did get a towel animal. Room was not vacuumed daily.

cabin was rather small, 2 people could not pass between the bed and the wall. There was quite a bit of crew noise in the middle of the night.

There were a lot of people and associated noise. However, the food was outstanding.
Do not understand comments abiut cabin and cabin service. We have done 9 NCL cruises and nevervexpected or got chocolates. For comparative cruise prices, we got what we expected, a nice, comfortable cruise experience each time.
