It was my 5th cruise with NCL, second from NY but first in winter and for sure last departing NY in winter. Here is way: 1. Because the weather, they cancelled one port and instead we were on the sea one more day. 2. For 4 days we couldnt go outside because the strong wind, so we couldnt enjoy waterfront area and of course sundeck. If you departing Miami for example, you have nice weather right away, think about it when you booking your cruise. Even the wind will be not too strong it was way too cold to be outside, so you really wasting 4 days being outside 3. We had only 2 days of nice weather, one day in Orlando so we can enjoyed sundeck with Jacuzzi, and one day in Bahamas (almost all day we were on land) If you never cruise on Haven, you should spend the extra money and try at least ones. That was my first Haven and i will not book another cruise in other cabin then haven, it is completely different experience, you feel like you have the ship for yourself. Haven restaurant has the same menu every day but the food and service is amazing. Bliss, crew are amazing, cant wait to go on Encore or Joy.

Of your going to cruise from NY in the winter, expect sea days to and from to be COLD..... bring a jacket, pants, sweatshirt cause you will need it.

Not sure that I will be going on the Bliss in the near future. Very unsatisfied.

This the 14th cruise for us and it is very obvious that Norwegian quality went down in food and entertainment, they push you to go to specialty dinner , we were shocked when wh asked for a pitcher of water tap from room service and they wanted to charge us $7:50, it was smelly and cheap of them , time to move to another cruise company

First cruise on the Gem was awesome Bliss needs improvement more free things to do than eat and sit by the pool. Need more selection on tee shirts and clothes and maybe more shops.

We loved the Bliss and had a great cruise director from England, Jake and a great assistant Alex from Ukraine. The boat is new and extra=observation lounge, great shows, great activities, great parties, great restaurants, great overall experience. The only downside was the elimination of the skyline dancing replaced by slot machines & elimination of the dance/music in the Manhattan room. The sugarcane lounge had the smallest dance area for Latin dancing along the corridor so if you enjoy Latin dancing- the older boats are for you. If you enjoy ballroom dancing- the older boats are for you. Otherwise, Bliss is A+. We booked 2 more cruises on the Bliss in 2020. Happy New Year.

This was our first trip on the Bliss. We have been to the ports before and haven’t planned any big excursions. Everything that we didn’t plan before the cruise started Became unavailable once we were on board. I thought that the specialty restaurants are way overpriced. The ship is beautiful, but the large crowds and noise made it less enjoyable for me as a frequent cruiser.

Seemed like the buffet was for older people (older than us). Fruit was always honeydew and watermelon. (allergic to these). Deserts were very bland. One pizza station. Cheese, pepperoni, Various. Overall I will not go on this ship again.

Very impressed with my cruise. All staff work very hard. I cannot wait to cruise again!

Get tags that disembark earlier since they delay it a lot, get tender boat tickets for stirup cay early!

Reservation need for many activities, or else you'd be on standby and might not be able to watch the show, or go to the Stirrup Cay island. the planning for the tender was terrible, no one told us we needed tickets to get on the island. shows filled up fast. overall it did not feel like a "freestyle" and too much planning is needed to get a good experience. Leaving from NY in colder months mean you could not enjoy the outdoor stuff like the pool, because it was too cold.

Overall this was the worst cruise I have been on. The food was terrible. Couldn't get to all the activities. Very dissatisfied

Very disorganized cruise. Buffett was same everyday. Power disembarkation was a nightmare. No sushi in the Buffett. We had a very different and great experience on the western Caribbean 2 years ago.

I had some issues with booking shows and dinners. They would book half a room. I had 3 rooms booked with my family. Another issue was I purchased the soda package for my son. When I go onboard I found out I didnt have it. So went to customer service and they more less told me I'm lying. I had to prove it. So I went online pulled up my bank account and showed them when I purchased it. And I also showed them on my booking I purchased it. They gave me a hard time bout it. After 3 days of arguing with them and taken it to the head person. They finally refunded me the soda package. I never cruised NCL, and dont think I will again. They left a bad taste from this cruise. Between some of the staff and the ports. Never had this much problem.

Panama canal locks is wonder of the world .The importance of it says it all .I make it my list of things I need to see in my life time and I did .And the best way to see it ,it this by cruise through it .You may not be able to see whatever your friends talking about but people like different things and choose to experience things in different manner. 21 days may seem long but time flies before you even know it .If there is one cruise of a must ,this is it .

try an different cruise ship. Not pleased with NCL, they wanted extra money for everything

In general we had a wonderful experience until we arrived and the disembarked was disappointing extremely bad organization. We where on line for more than 2 hours. No place to sit on the bark to wait for the exit. It almost destroy The entire trip

A beautiful ship with lots of beverage and entertainment options. Could use a little tweaking on the menus in the main dining rooms. Loved the Waterfront! Staff throughput the ship were wonderful!

Worst cruise I’ve ever been in. Poor port choices that were actually dangerous.
