Review summary

I had some issues with booking shows and dinners. They would book half a room. I had 3 rooms booked with my family. Another issue was I purchased the soda package for my son. When I go onboard I found out I didnt have it. So went to customer service and they more less told me I'm lying. I had to prove it. So I went online pulled up my bank account and showed them when I purchased it. And I also showed them on my booking I purchased it. They gave me a hard time bout it. After 3 days of arguing with them and taken it to the head person. They finally refunded me the soda package. I never cruised NCL, and dont think I will again. They left a bad taste from this cruise. Between some of the staff and the ports. Never had this much problem.

For the most part half the staff were ok. Our room was cleaned but no animal towels. And the lady that cleaned my room seemed like it was a hassle to separate the beds like I asked for when I booked. And to make animal towels after i asked.

Didnt have time to do anything. Only in port for 5 hrs because the ship came in late.

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

Need to fig out how to get to the island on time and anchor. We go to anchor and didnt start to load the tender till 1130. And left the island at 5. The excursion I did was also messed up. They almost didnt take us. 30 min late and they were calling people for the next hr.

I have cruised on many different lines and have found NCL most helpful with any issue and have found to be extremely friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Food excellent always plentiful. Looking so much forward to going on Bliss 14 day on Feb 2.2020 line is always a step ahead of others in industry to make every minute pleasurable 🚢

I couldn't imagine NCL was not helpful to this person. Sounds like it might of been a foul on both ends. I cruised in Europe on the Epic it was a great cruise. And if you really need a folded towel on your bed. Then your just a unhappy individual.
