Review summary

This the 14th cruise for us and it is very obvious that Norwegian quality went down in food and entertainment, they push you to go to specialty dinner , we were shocked when wh asked for a pitcher of water tap from room service and they wanted to charge us $7:50, it was smelly and cheap of them , time to move to another cruise company

They skipped the PR because they said the weather is bad at New York and they had to take a longer route , the weather was ok later and they could stop at PR but I believe Norwegian wanted to save money, we were not happy

We're thinking most of the cruise lines are pushing people more toward specialty dining. We'll be sailing on Bliss November 2020 and experience NCL for the first time ourselves. In 2011 we sailed Royal's Liberty.... Main dining room was amazing every night, just a couple of specialty restaurants. Sailed Oasis in 2015 and Rhapsody in 2018.... Main dining room menu not as good as 2011 cruise but more specialties to choose, all very good. A lot of cruisers are noticing the trend for specialty dining at an up charge on the cruise lines they've enjoyed..... Thanks for your review!
