This was our first trip on the Bliss. We have been to the ports before and haven’t planned any big excursions. Everything that we didn’t plan before the cruise started Became unavailable once we were on board. I thought that the specialty restaurants are way overpriced. The ship is beautiful, but the large crowds and noise made it less enjoyable for me as a frequent cruiser.
Embarkation

Long lines, no recognition for Latitude membership
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Buffet was always crowded. Dining venues and table placement did not encourage socializing with people at adjacent tables.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
People seem to be enjoying the activity is a lot. We did not participate.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We enjoyed the entertainment that we could get into you. Unfortunately, without reservations before getting on the ship, it was difficult to get into some venues. The comedy club and the cavern club were too small for the crowds.
Children's Programs
Didn’t bring children.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The crew was outstanding. With all of their hard work and demanding schedules, they maintained good Grace and did their jobs well. Kudos especially to the housekeeping department.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship is beautiful and very well-maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
The size of the cabin was adequate. The bathroom was very nice. We were surprised that there were no drawers except for the ones under the bed. Also it would’ve been helpful for us if there had been an electrical outlet next to the bed for my CPAP machine. As it was, I had to use an extension cord that was a trip hazard. The cabin was also very poorly sound proofed.
Ship tip
Don’t try to board at the time that you’re given. The crowds are too big at that time. Come late and have an easier time.
Disembarkation is never an easy process. There was a long lounge wait before our tag was called. I was especially impressed that facial recognition was all that we needed to clear customs. Once we got off the ship the process was quite easy.
