Realize it's a smaller ship, so don't compare it to the mega ships. You travel for the views and the people you meet along the way.

Neptune Suite concierge, laundry, housekeeping, lounge - were all superb and made the choice a bargain in the end as we did not pay our of pocket for these and many other extras.

Let your cabin steward know if you need anything. We arranged on the first day to have an extra ice bucket which they filled for us twice a day.

Use the Upgraded restaurants onboard (Pinnacle grill, Canaletto, Le Cirque)....and the cafe on deck 3 for coffee.

If you don't mind an inside cabin but would like a larger one, consider the mid deck cabins on decks 6, 7 and 8

There are loungers on the promenade deck on the walking track. Very nice quiet place to read, relax, and enjoy the scenery while looking for whales and seals.

Dont sail on Holland. The Noordam missed Glacier Bay and they wont even give us a credit for that day. All they care about is money!
