Disembarkation was also delayed. But overall I would recommend. Service was great!

Embarkation

Embarkation was disorganized; 2 days before cruise we received an email saying that we have to be at the port at 10:00am. Everybody was there early and the system wasn't working. They had to set up chairs to accommodate all the people. System started to work at 12:00 o'clock. People who came later wanted to go first and workers from the Line could't control. One gentlemen had to stand up in a chair to be heard and organize people. This part wan'st really to blame the Line but the people who didn't respected their place in line. After that everything went smooth and fast.
