Main dining rooms were excellent - Tisna and Yasa were the best waiters (table 83) Pinnacle Dinning room was awful - bad meal, bad service

First leg of the trip (Amsterdam to Rome) was great. Billboard with Ian and Damien was outstanding!!! Runaround Kids were excellent. Second leg of the trip (Rome to Rome) not so much except for the magician. BB king band was excellent both legs.

This was by far the very best staff (waiters-Tisna & Yasa; room stewards-Yudi & Adit; hostess-Zin Mar; cruise director-Hamish) all around that we have ever experienced. Hats off to Holland America. Also, Brett was great and invaluable to our port touring.

The best for cleanliness and layout. However, the main stage lower seating area should have two additional isles added so you don't have to walk all the way around to enter a row of seats.

Cabin / Stateroom

Beds were great, shower size and glass was great. Verandah chairs were great. TV was great. Room size was nice. Very Clean including balcony and balcony glass.
