Our overall experience was positive. The crew was helpful and friendly. The only real complaint would be the Supreme Snorkelling excursion in Grand Turk, the sunburn made us have to stay inside more than we planned, we were really looking forward to be able to experience all that was advertised but unfortunately for us it was horrible:(

We loved this cruise and can't wait to sail again with Holland America.

The overall cruise experience was excellent in which staff were very accommodating and ready to assist to ensure the time spent was with total comfort.

Did not prebook another cruise with HAL. Disappointed in the overall of this one, not the itinerary for the food was lacking in the dining areas, cutbacks are obvious to an experienced cruiser.

I would never book another cruise on this ship but still a fan of HAL

HAL is quality and excellence. It stays true to their brand, smaller more intimate ships, excellent service and food as well as quality ships.

- ship was stuck in port for 2 days while making repairs. This completely changed our itinerary. - Itinerary was not what I paid for. - too many passengers and not enough staff to handle the numerous complaints. - Air condition was out in our cabin for the first night. Wife and I had difficulty sleeping. - felt rushed and pressured to maintain the modified itinerary / excursions. - Holland needs a better maintenance program so that it doesn’t disrupt future cruises. *** Hindsight is I should have cancelled this cruise but it was for my wife’s birthday.

This is a beautiful cruise. The ship was wonderful with great staff. I would advise traveling before September to benefit the most from this location.

I highly recommend this cruise line and cruise destination. The views and service was special!

The Alaskan cruise is a must do. Holland America does a great job and caters to the older passengers very well. Weather was ok but you need to have rain gear, warm clothing especially if you go in September.

This was my 2nd time in Alaska - each time was different - this was a fabulous experience! Weather cooperated for the day in Glacier Bay and again in Ketchikan - overall I would recommend this trip to anyone

This was our first visit to Alaska. The scenery was beautiful. The temperatures were great (since we traveled from hot Texas). The scheduled time in each port was good, and it gave us time to explore. The ship docked in very good and convenient locations in each port. One specialty restaurant (Canaletto) was located in the buffet area (Lido) which we thought was strange.

This was our third cruise to Alaska and we enjoyed everyone. It was a perfect way to get away. The only down side is internet is almost non-existent, and phone service was only in the ports.
