A: make sure your room key is in the slot just inside the door. its a master switch of sorts. ib also heard but not tried that a business card or credit card will work as well.

A: It is only included if you are in a spa suite if not you can purchase a spa package daily or for the entire cruise. It will sell out quite often so I would book it sooner than later if it's a service you want.

A: Yes - the staterooms have a safe and it works really well and is simple to use. You create your own code for it. It’s about the size of a shoebox so big enough for docs, jewelry, wallet etc.
