Our overall experience was positive. The crew was helpful and friendly. The only real complaint would be the Supreme Snorkelling excursion in Grand Turk, the sunburn made us have to stay inside more than we planned, we were really looking forward to be able to experience all that was advertised but unfortunately for us it was horrible:(

Some food was good but not exceptional while some, like the chicken wings one day tasted freezer burnt. There was a lot of variety so if we didn't like something we could try something else. Some of the desserts were way too sweet but that may be just the way they do things in another country. Mocktails for me were also way too sweet to drink but everyone is different.
Onboard Activities

We are too old to sit around the pool so we found other things to do. Our group of four just did individual things we enjoyed. I liked adult colouring but my arthritic hands didn't, lol. Origami folding was fun. Enjoyed some trivia and the games that were in the Rolling stone lounge.
Entertainment

One step dance company was awesome. Comedian Hank Denson was hilarious and will now watch some of his stand up on YouTube.
We would have like to see more in the way of this type of entertainment on the world stage.

The service was friendly and prompt. There were some communication issues and took a few tries to get right but really no complaints. Our room service was amazing and when there was a small issue getting the wrong yogurt two days in a row, I let guest services know without actually complaining just so they were aware of the issue. Later that day a manager and attendant came by our room to apologize and I told them it wasn't a big deal and that I just didn't want to waste food. Later that same evening, a tray of delicious chocolate covered strawberries were delivered with a sweet apology card. We really had no complaints with the service and staff and treated them with a smile and respect just like they treated us. Clair was a doll and extremely good at her job. I love Clair and I told her that when we disembarked. Just like our comedian Hank, I say it like it is! lol
Ship Quality

Everything was amazingly clean and well maintained. Very impressive! I liked how the mats in the elevators were changed daily, it reminded us of what day it was.
Cabin / Stateroom

Everything about our cabin was amazing! Absolutely nothing to complain about. The size was appropriate and the temperature control was great. Our balcony was very nice to have.
The port was fine but the excursion for me was a bit boring. We didn't see any alligators on the boat ride and the first five minutes was just like the rest of the ride. Our captain didn't use the speaker the whole time so it was hard to hear what he was saying most of the ride.I would suggest that earplugs be handed out to passengers so we don't have to plug our ears ourselves.
The alligator show was not really a show at all but rather a lesson on the alligators themselves. I found it boring and just felt sorry for the alligators who had nothing in the way of their natural surrounding to live in. The artificial turf was just cruel. I would not recommend this excursion.
Was a nice visit and tasty BBQ. Not much shopping there for people who are larger as even there sizes were not what we are used to in Canada. Only bought sunglasses and a mug. I was freaked out by the price of a tiny travel size baby oil for $13.99, seriously, I thought I read it wrong!! It only costs $4.99 for a full size bottle in Canada.
We did the SUPREME SNORKELLING excursion and were severely disappointed. The only thing we all got was a really bad sunburn and seasick. The sunburn ruined it for us to be able to enjoy any other exursions outside. I have asked for a refund for this excursion because it was nothing like what was advertised. We did our part to protect ourselves from sunburn and motion sickness, but the waves crashed over the boat the whole time leaving us blinded by salt water and washing off our sunblock and leaving me sick. We spent most of our time on the boat and maybe 15 minutes of snorkelling. We spent our time fighting the waves to not get swept too far away and didn't see anything that was advertised. I am waiting for a call back from someone regarding my refund. In our opinion, this excursion should have been cancelled due to the conditions. The only other thing we did here was buy a few things from the duty free shop.
This stop would have been better had we not been suffering from a bad sunburn from our excursion in Grand Turk. We did a bit of shopping for gifts and tried to stay inside as much as possible. Would have liked to shop more but was too uncomfortable.
When we booked our trip we were originally supposed to stop in Florida Keys but this was unfortunately changed to Nassau.
The shops at the dock were well thought out so shopping was good. Some of our group went to the zoo which looked pretty run down and sad and not worth the money for entry. Only spent a few hours here.
