This was our first visit to Alaska. The scenery was beautiful. The temperatures were great (since we traveled from hot Texas). The scheduled time in each port was good, and it gave us time to explore. The ship docked in very good and convenient locations in each port. One specialty restaurant (Canaletto) was located in the buffet area (Lido) which we thought was strange.

Food was lukewarm and service was slow in the main dining room. Pinnacle Grill was very nice. The buffet was okay, but many times it was difficult to find a table. The waiter service in the bar areas was slow. One specialty restaurant (Canaletto) was located in the buffet area (Lido) which we thought was strange.

BB King entertainers were very good. Dueling piano players in the Billboard bar were very good. The comedian (Azeem) was very good. It was odd that there were not many shoes in the big main stage area.

Cabin was a great size. Bathroom could use more storage areas.
We went salmon fishing and that was lots of fun. A negative was the process used for the passenger to leave the ship - very long lines with many passengers.
