40% of our excursions / ports either missed what they described, we disappointing or were cancelled. Staff on the ship were great except for the destination services team (to many issues to expand on but they would get zero stars.) Food was decent however for the price paid, we would have expected better.

Our Butler and the staff that took care of our cabin was terrific as were the people in the restaurants. HOWEVER the team in destination services were below average and would get zero stars since they were not helpful.

unfortunately don't expect the excursions to deliver an experience as they are marketed. we did a lot of pre-cruise homework / planning but some were totally different from the description and many were cancelled. Very disappointing.
The excursion description said multiple times "hands-on" cooking class / demonstration which we would eat after we prepared. There was zero hand-ons so this was a $300 per person expensive (but delicious) lunch.
I’m assuming weather was the reason for the canceled ports. As disappointing as that is, it’s no fault of the cruise line. The goal is to keep passengers safe. I’m wondering if the changes to the excursion in Greece has to do with Covid. We know Greece is one of the more restricting ports across the globe. Seems they may need to adjust the prices accordingly. Glad the rest of your trip was awesome.
