Unless your looking for a budget cruise don't sail on this cruise line. They are not known for their service unless you upgrade to the Yacht club, which is a lot more money and if your going to do that your better off on RCCL.

the entertainment was terrible... the pizza required a steak knife to cut... excursions were too expensive... the public bathrooms were often out of order...

If you can afford it do not hesitate to book the Yacht Club - it was an amazing experience that we will definitely book on future cruises.

Make sure to book excursions prior to going unless you're currency is in Euro's or you'll end up paying more due to the exchange. Also, booking ahead avoids the lineups at the excursion desk & guarantee's the trip.

Stay wth standard well known companies. This company is years behind in customer service and entertainment. Unless they have an amazing port that you need to see, just choose another company same applies for Costa. MOST IMPORTANT DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BILLS THEY HAVE A TENDENCY TO DO "MISTAKES" IN BILLING. LOUSY WAY TO DO A BUCK!!!!!

DONT SAIL!!!! EMBARKING AND DISEMBARKING. WERE A NIGHTMARE, PORT OF CALLS WERE BADLY ORGANISED ANS SLOW, BUNCH OF AMATEURS WITH NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLEAR COMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATION, blame management they didn’t have a clue!
