Review summary

Worst guided tour for Petra tour, dumped us in Petra and disappeared, we didn’t get to see him again until we were back inthe bus. One swimming pool was closed for “woman only” no men allowed. All alcohol were removed from the cabins and no alcohol available, while another group (the ones that boarded in Jeddah) were able to drink, get drunk and we’re escorted to their cabin by security! Kids running down the halls at 11:00 p.m.

Per my guidelines in English and Spanish we were only required a PCR test (48 hours) optional and certificate of vaccination. We were hit with a $55 rapid test if you wanted to embark. Per EU guidelines all COVID testing were not longer required. Bunch of crooks!

They were wonderful, it was not their fault that they were told lies to say to the passengers. They finally broke up and admitted that they were repeating what they were told and didn’t have any idea what was going on. They were not allowed to visit the ports during their breaks.

Beautiful ship, very clean, shame is in such crappie management, would have been a lot of fun, not the cruise from hell.

Excellent service by the steward, they went out of the way to pleased you.

DONT SAIL!!!! EMBARKING AND DISEMBARKING. WERE A NIGHTMARE, PORT OF CALLS WERE BADLY ORGANISED ANS SLOW, BUNCH OF AMATEURS WITH NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLEAR COMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATION, blame management they didn’t have a clue!

The worst nightmare, I was denied 4 times to disembark and I needed to returned to the Customer Service Desk every time, where the line was very long, a gentleman in a wheel chair, with the same issue, the wife was ok to disembark but he was denied multiple times had a heart attack in the line. I pray that he made it ok.
