I won't do another MSC cruise. I usually give things a 2nd chance but not this time.

The buffet had spoiled fish the 1st 3 days. The dining room served me spoiled smoked salmon twice. I only ate fish once because I got food poisoning and was sick in my room all night. No one cared when we told them about it.

shows were excellent. Crafts were fun. The hot tubs were full or closed. We only made it in once.

We never had enough towels. We were always asking for another towel. They took out water and beer out of the fridge and locked it. The not said if we needed to use it to let them know. Well, da! we obviously were using it, thus needing it.

Too many smokers were allowed to smoke anywhere even though there were signs posted for designated areas.
Cabin / Stateroom

floor in bathroom remained dirty for the entire 9-day cruise. the beds were very hard. We had to ask for sheets if we wanted a top sheet. They made the bed every day and take away the top sheet, so we have to keep asking.
