Don’t go unless you like to spend your time in queues for food, drink, shopping, etc. Don’t buy the drink packages- its a scam. Everytime you trynorder something supposedly covered by your ticket the particular bar happens not to have stock or your package does not cover it..

We were on Sinfonia and have been on different MSC ships in the past & loved everything about them. Was very disappointing to see such rudeness towards passengers by most of the staff

It is not your typical American style cruise. It is very European as far as the entertainment, food, and they don't announce everything like they do in every other cruise line.

Do not buy “The Wellness” package. It was not worth the cost. Be sure to try afternoon tea at 5 (ends before 6pm) as it is full of delicious treats. Definitely book The Covo for dinner as it is one of the most memorable dining experiences of our voyage and try the Pasha Club for exceptional onboard indoor seaside views!

Hold on to your wallet TIGHTLY in Barcelona. We thought we were being careful, but apparently not - and it was the first hour of our arrival in Barcelona. Also - The "Blue Bus" is great and economical way to get from Ramblas Station (Christopher Columbus Statue) to the ship and back.

It’s a nice clean ship. In general we liked it because you won’t feel the huge mass of people. And it’s easy to walk around without losing your way.

BE NICE to your waitstaff. They work very hard!!! Since this is a European Cruise, the type of folks on board (customers) can be a little aggressive, but it's their culture. Utilize the Buffet when you can, the also have a pizza parlor/cafe on board and a Hamburger/hotdog parlor/cafe for those "inbetween" moments when you are not crazing at the Buffet! :) They proved to be quite popular. Take advantage of a Drink Package.....we bought the "middle of the row" package, think it was $326 per person and was worth it. Enjoy the cappuccinos/espressos they offer on board at the bars. Delish. I am a big coffee drinker, so opted for those rather than the house coffee.

Work out which elevator goes to which deck as not all of them go to all decks on the upper levels. Safe is behind the corner mirror in the cabin and not in the wardrobe as normal. Buffet can be busy but the pizza & burger stations are e tra buffet stations at breakfast time.
