Review summary

We were pampered by the staff and Suffocated by all the smokers .to many children in the bar areas.but we will never forget our beautiful cruise thank you MSC

The waiters were amazing,our room steward was fantastic but one of the security personnel checking our cards when we left and returned to ship my wife felt intimidated and he actually threw my wife's mci I'd to the floor and did even try to retrieve it for her

The port is to remote. excursion to beach was beautiful but the return trip made me feel abandoned, very crowded and chaotic and unorganized to catch cable car their should be an option to return to ship

We arrived in evening took walking tour very crowded could not keep up with guide she really tried, just to dark to enjoy scenery or take nice pics.and at end of your my wife and I passed on a little apperatif because we could not be seated together.the trip back to port once again was unorganized crowded and chaotic.
