not what I was expecting. need more entertainment and more include entertainment needed and more drinks included on the packages

We have been on more than 30 cruises (many suites) so thought we would try MSC for something different. We loved the Seaside and will return. We purchased a suite but it was not (14002). We also were not told it had an obstructed view. We contacted and they were no help in getting us moved. MSC Hotel Director saved our vacation by moving us and made us true fans of MSC.

The ship was very nice. The staff was great. I would take another cruise on Seaside.

Beautiful ship, beautiful destinations. The shows were fabulous. If available see Madam Butterfly. I'm not an opera person but this play brought me to tears...just wonderful.

This was a great trip and the ship is gorgeous. The theme parties at night are a BLAST and really made our trip memorable. The service was ok, but not over the top like other cruises we have been on. The entertainment could have been better and more daytime games/activities around the pool on Day At Sea.

Never again.Never ever ever ever again.The ship moved the whole time we were on it.Some of the help was not very friendly.Its just a poor excuse for a cruise ship

I was told I was booking an all-inclusive vacation for 7 days and when I got there I didn't receive any of the amenities that was told to me that I will be receiving for my cruise would not ever book again with MSC Cruise Line I was lied to and robbed of money for other amenities on the boat. I would like to speak to the representative Samantha that book my reservation and told me the amenities that I will be receiving on July 9th that I did not receive Once I arrived on my destination. Great Cruise, the Crew of the MSC Seaside made this cruise Awesome.

First of all customer service must be supervised. Very Rude and uncaring customer service. My Complaints about the noisy room does not receive any attention at all from out cabin stewards or his manager. Very disappointed. I received better services and exceptional personal attention in a less prestigious company where We traveled the previous year.

It was a wonderful cruise with attention to many details. I would recommend this cruise and company to anyone looking for a great cruise. I look forward to booking another MSC cruise!

It was a great cruise overall. MSC is a great cruise line compared to many others. This ship is new and beautiful.

The staff and entertainers were great. Every port offered something different. We re-booked while we were on the ship and received a great discount. Also, you can receive a bigger discount if you gamble enough in the casino.

I would not go on this ship again. Others said they'd been on other MSC ships and had been more than pleased. But this particular ship is understaffed and the services are poor to just ok. Staff isn't very friendly or helpful and not many go out of their way to make sure you have a great cruise. With so many choices to cruise, this was very disappointing and I'll shop around and check out reviews closely net time before choosing MSC.

Our cruise was in total shambles, my wife broke down in tears because of the service we received, our room was filthy when they allowed us to enter the cabin, the ac did not work, they removed one of our dinners even though we purchased the duo, there was a foreign object in my food they apologized by sending 10 moldy chocolate covered strawberries to our room, my internet package did not work for the first 3 days because no one explained to me how to set it up and when I went to the front desk it was like they couldn't be bothered with it. This was a birthday cruise for both my wife and I and it turned o​ut to be a disaster. We would like to either request a full refund or issue us a complimentary cruise to the same Itinerary, and the specialty dinners we paid for them the first time and only got the butchers cut.

Would not go back on this cruise line again the food was not good.

Best entertainment I have ever experienced on a cruise ship. Near Broadway quality and choreography. Made the trip worthwhile.

Cruise was beautiful and a good value with great service and ports of call. We traveled with six other couples and had a wonderful time!

This was my second time in the Yacht club and it was even better than the last time. My butler Primus was very attentive and friendly. Already booked another one.
