Review summary
Our cruise was in total shambles, my wife broke down in tears because of the service we received, our room was filthy when they allowed us to enter the cabin, the ac did not work, they removed one of our dinners even though we purchased the duo, there was a foreign object in my food they apologized by sending 10 moldy chocolate covered strawberries to our room, my internet package did not work for the first 3 days because no one explained to me how to set it up and when I went to the front desk it was like they couldn't be bothered with it. This was a birthday cruise for both my wife and I and it turned out to be a disaster. We would like to either request a full refund or issue us a complimentary cruise to the same Itinerary, and the specialty dinners we paid for them the first time and only got the butchers cut.Embarkation
