Review summary

Never again.Never ever ever ever again.The ship moved the whole time we were on it.Some of the help was not very friendly.Its just a poor excuse for a cruise ship

Haha you said it moved the whole time you were on the boat!! Well your on a cruise it’s going to move. I don’t understand the complaint.

Was on the same cruise and can’t understand the complains. Food was actually very good and had a nice time. San Juan , St.Thomas and St.Maarten was just great. Yes....it was a little rocky but how the people say.....it’s a ship in the ocean. What are you aspecting ?

I think there are alot of people in the American cruise ship industry threatened by MSC right now...and they should be! It's an awesome ship!

Why are people surprised that the ship moves? If the seas are rough, all ships will have movement. There Also seems to be no middle ground for reviews of MSC and this ship. People either love it or they hate it. It seems that the ones that hate it book the lowest price level and somehow expect top level service, while those that book the Haven level say it is one of the best experiences they ever had
