We enjoyed ourselves because we were on vacation with friends. I don’t think we will ever cruise MSC again, just no customer service. They act like they really don’t care if you’re happy or not. Cruise director was good, entertainment was stellar, that’s all the good I can come up with.

Dining room was slow, waiter was rushed, he desperately needed an assistant. Waited forever for bread and beverage service nightly, when I got the prime rib and baked potato I never got horseradish sauce or butter and sour cream for the COLD potato. Every night was a disaster. Buffet was the same every day. No ice cream machine except one place from 2-4 every day!

The rudest staff I have ever encountered cruising. Room steward never came by to introduce herself. Tried to give me someone else’s laundry. Never brought tissues, no wash clothes, and no towel animals at night. She even forgot turn down service one night.

I didn’t care for the Atrium area, for such a large ship it was awfully small. However, it was clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

There wasn’t enough storage. It needed more drawer space. Bathroom was great. When we arrived there were no wash cloths, had to wait 24 hrs for them, there were no tissues, never got them. It was keep clean, with plenty of ice. Nothing above and beyond. She never bothered to introduce herself.
Ship tip
Eat only in speciality restaurants or off the ship.
I can agree on the atrium area being small for such a large ship. The towels I don’t think any ship is doing them anymore unless you ask for them. As for the wash clothes you have to ask for them it’s European thing. I only found out by doing my homework about the ship and the people. I also did not like the ice cream issue also. I thought it was odd they hand it to you, you are not allowed to get your own.
