I was told I was booking an all-inclusive vacation for 7 days and when I got there I didn't receive any of the amenities that was told to me that I will be receiving for my cruise would not ever book again with MSC Cruise Line I was lied to and robbed of money for other amenities on the boat. I would like to speak to the representative Samantha that book my reservation and told me the amenities that I will be receiving on July 9th that I did not receive Once I arrived on my destination.
