Review summary

I was told I was booking an all-inclusive vacation for 7 days and when I got there I didn't receive any of the amenities that was told to me that I will be receiving for my cruise would not ever book again with MSC Cruise Line I was lied to and robbed of money for other amenities on the boat. I would like to speak to the representative Samantha that book my reservation and told me the amenities that I will be receiving on July 9th that I did not receive Once I arrived on my destination. There was a lot of different kind of food (and not that bad) on the buffet. When you only pick hotdog , burger and French fries it’s your own fault 😀

Sorry you were so unhappy, I think sometimes we put our expectations to high. I have done several cruises and the good always outweighs the little things that maybe went wrong.

When you look at the bad reviews, often it is Amercan's that says that the people dont speak enough english and are rude! Some speak 5 languages, i speak french and i know it's not the most people who speak french and i am not offended by that!!! I am open minded, and practice my english or a Little spanish!!

I call BS on this review They all speak English and I'm pretty sure they are not racist. So, you gave every port only 1 star? What do they have to do with your disappointment with the cruiseline? I think you got what you paid for, you just didn't pay attention when you booked.

Wouldn't exactly say it's different levels of service but the Perks are different. Book a "Bella" and you'll have little to no perks included and set dining time. Cabins not in the best positions. It Improves slightly when booking "Fantastica" better positioned cabins and set dining time offers more flexibility to change. "Aurea" package includes 2 massages, access to thermsl suite, Private sundeck for Aurea guests, plus better positioned cabins. Then "Yacht Club" is a cruise on it's own basically

Just an FYI - This site does not report to the cruise lines, so they will most likely never see this. It’s also not a good idea to post your name / phone number on a public forum. As far as MSC Seaside - people either seem to love or hate it. It seems the main issue is they have 3 levels of service and many book the lowest level and think they are getting the top level service, then are disappointed when everything they thought was included isn.
