Review summary

First of all customer service must be supervised. Very Rude and uncaring customer service. My Complaints about the noisy room does not receive any attention at all from out cabin stewards or his manager. Very disappointed. I received better services and exceptional personal attention in a less prestigious company where We traveled the previous year.

Not sure what you expected them to do about your "noisy" cabin! You should have researched the location before you booked it. I have been on 2 MSC cruises and going on another in Feb. I have had no issues and customer service was good.

It looks like your cabin location was above the buffet and near a stairwell, which both can cause noise issues. I’m not sure there was much guest services could do to resolve those issues unless there were vacant rooms available in a better location. It’s always important to check what is above, below and near the cabin when choosing your cabin. If you chose a guarantee cabin, getting a bad location is many times the price you pay for getting a cheaper rate on the cabin.

Great time!

Just got off Seaside yesterday and i have to say it was wonderful . The food was great especially in the specialty restaurants. Yes, some of the guests were rude but most weren't. It is what you make of it. We met many people from all over.
