Our first time on MSC. Overall, a very positive experience. Beautiful ship, wonderful shows. Very good food.

This was an inexpensive cruise. To port that I’ve already been at, but it was fun to go back. The MSC private island is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing one of my favorite spots.

Excellent for first timers in cruise. Best experience with the family. Love how easy make to people access everything.

It was our first MSC cruise & it didn’t disappointed. We had a wonderful time, looking to book a 7 day itinerary. This ship is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, they have a great variety of entertainment and an AMAZING cruise director ( since they have Rev. Dr E, former Carnival cruise director). This guy is ball of energy that is contagious. Great 👍 move on MSC here…..

All in all it was a relaxing cruise and we sailed again in 6 months

I feel like you get what you pay for it was not the best cruise ever but nice enough for the price, and defiantly not the worst.

Overall I would say it was still a good cruise they just need to work on these specific things.

First time MSC cruiser to compare the Yacht Club with the Haven. Yacht Club is a good value, superior service, excellent facilities. Will be back next year for a 10 day Mediterranean on the Fantasia.

We got to stay overnight at Ocean Cay which was great…the island is really beautiful! Great upkeeping, fine sand, beautiful water. We did the trolley excursion on Ocean Cay and were the only ones that booked it, so it was like a private tour and we really enjoyed it…bring your camera!If you wake up early you should go and save chairs and an umbrella on the beach next to the boat.

It was a great cruise. I am planning another for my birthday in February. This ship is so pretty but so huge that we did not get to explore it in the 4 days on board. The food was interesting and very good. The staff goes out of there way. If you engage in a conversation with them, they are delightful. The Ocean Cay port is a must go.

Overall a great cruise. The staff was top notch and the ship is very clean. This is our 3rd MSC cruise and could tell they have stepped up their game to be more competitive with the American market. We have always enjoyed MSC and after this cruise would continue to sail with them .

1000 percent improvement over Carnival! No slamming doors, no running in the halls, no fights! The cabin was totally quiet and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The 16th deck is a huge buffet divided into 4 quadrants that has every food known to man. The public spaces are artfully designed so that they don’t feel crowded.The nightly shows were great. Best of all was the great price! Half of Royal Caribbean.

Good: Good food, helpful staff, excellent drinks. Bad: very slow elevators, cold “hot tubs”, confusing and impersonal ship layout

Overall, all things considered I would say I enjoyed my time on the seashore. I would definitely say it is a case of getting what you pay for, so I wouldn't expect anything extravagant, but if you are looking for a quick getaway or an entry-level cruise option it is definitely a good place to start...not to mention it's budget friendly. Despite the weather, things went pretty smoothly and we still had a good time. I would travel with MSC again and even re-try the Seashore.

Our first MSC cruise, compared to many NCL cruises. We enjoyed ourselves but really didn't get to experience all she had to offer as we had our grandkids with us so early bedtimes and no nightlife. Also the weather was poor. I look forward to trying MSC again. Because of Milton there was a ton of rain and rocky waves which did alter the experience. I felt the Captain did his best to keep us informed but many other guests did not feel the same. We booked two connecting cabins which worked out great, our room steward opened the balcony dividers for us. Our cabin 14199 had a tub, theirs had a shower. Elevators, super easy if you do it the right way and everyone else does too! You pick the deck you want, push it for each person in your party then it tells you which elevator to take as it will know how many people are waiting for it. Those who didn't hit the deck # for as many people in their party then messed it up for everyone else.

Would go on the trip for a second cruise. Getting a drink package is a plus!

The cruise was awesome. The weather wasn't great, but we made the best on it.

Over all it was a nice relaxing time. Having an extra day at Sea avoiding the hurricane was great. FREE DAY! YAY! That day was actually the best of all

Beautiful ship, water slide, lots of activities, pools, and whirlpools, great staff. The food was ok and plentiful. Inside our balcony cabin was nice and spacious. the drinks were great too. Try Aloh Tacos, it was a hit, and oh the pizza, it was the best!

MSC provides a cruise experience that is on par with all the major main stream cruise lines. You can customize your onboard experience depending on your budget and what you enjoin. Clean, beautiful ship! Beautiful, natural private island.
