Review summary

It was our first MSC cruise & it didn’t disappointed. We had a wonderful time, looking to book a 7 day itinerary. This ship is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, they have a great variety of entertainment and an AMAZING cruise director ( since they have Rev. Dr E, former Carnival cruise director). This guy is ball of energy that is contagious. Great 👍 move on MSC here…..

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Assigned embarkation time was @ 12:30pm. There was a little traffic to get to the parking lot, but after that everything was quick. Ee arrived to the terminal by 12 pm . Once we got to the terminal the process was smoother & quick. We were on the ship by 12:20pm.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
-The buffet had an extensive variety and it was delicious. You will always find something for everyone’s choice. -We loved the Butcher’s Cut speciality restaurant, one of the best steaks of the 7 seas. Also amazing customer service by our server, Ezequiel. We will definitely booked again on future cruises. -The Kaito Teppanyaki was okay… for us was just basic, nothing to brag about & something we will not repeat on future cruises.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
- Infinity Pool ( deck 8) was 1 of our favorite, adults only, just relaxing and sipping to your Mai Tai. - Hot Tubs also on deck 8, our the best ones on the ship. - Sports bar- my hubby went there to watch’s his baseball games in the afternoon. -Casino- it was okay.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
-Silent Disco: was our favorite, we really enjoyed it, everyone seems to be having an amazing time. - White Party: we had a great time, dancing the night off @ the lido deck. We liked that they played a variety of music, that everyone was included. -Latin Duo- latin music every night was great to have! Great job MSC! Must cruise is every other day. -Jazz Music- we loved to go sit, grab a drink , and relax and just the end of our night. What I liked is that there was always something happening in the ship, in different locations at the same time there was always something to do!

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
-Ezequiel @ Butcher’s Cut is amazing! Great customer service, attentive & very efficient. - Guest Service I called numerous time for different reasons, they were friendly, knowledgeable & eager to help.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The layout is a little confusing the first 2 days, but then is a piece of cake. The ship was neat, clean & tidy. There was always staff cleaning at all hours of the day.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Spacious, clean, neat, and very well maintained

Ship tip

-Rent your umbrellas for Ocean Cay before cruise starts only for $ 19. -If you like shows book them early in the morning, they fill up fast.

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas

4 out of 5
Since we had been a y many times @ this port, we just got down walked around , tried to find something new ( since we were here on June). And hopped back to the ship to enjoy the water rides, jacuzzi’s & pools. Is the best to do while everyone is in port .
