I've tried four times to upload photos of the propeller outside of my room and am unable to do so, please contact if needed. I am not only upset at my room but also my dilemma with the drink package. I originally booked the alcoholic drink package and wifi, but since had stopped drinking. When I called to downgrade my package, I was told that I was unable to do so without paying $600. There was a significant difference in cost, which I feel as though I should have been reimbursed for. Between that and my room, I will not sail with or recommended MSC cruises.

Overall, we had a fantastic time largely due to the Yacht Club experience. The Top Sail lounge and restaurant was fantastic as were the private area on Ocean Cay and the dedicated sun deck with pool, hot tub, plenty of loungers, bar with food, etc. Plus the whole VIP feeling! I mean, that is what vacation is all about, am I right? Treat yo' self!

Kids came first they were entertained all day. Kids club was the best and staff was fantastic about their food allergies. Mom and dad had some great relaxation time.

This was our first time on an MSC ship and we've already booked our next one. The ship was very new and modern feeling. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was good.

Could not have asked for a better first cruise. Everything was easy and fun. The staff was absolutely incredible and super attentive to all your needs.

A nice cruise for an excellent price especially great for Muslims and families with children.

The MSC Seashore is a beautiful ship and we absolutely love the 2 days on the private island, as well as going to Costa Maya, MX and Cozmel, MX. The crew is amazing. We are looking forward to another trip shortly.

3 nights is too short, should have done the 4 night again. Otherwise, a nice relaxing trip in the Yacht Club.

Didn’t get what we ordered. The staff was no help at all at the front desk. Did nothing for us . And told us oh well then said next. Worst I’ve been treated

Good cruise for the cost! Main dining room food was overall disappointing, while the service was great! Drinks were very inconsistent at most bars!

The MSC Seashore is a beautiful ship with lots to do. I loved the adult only infinity pool and the whirlpools on deck 8. The only thing I did not like of the layout of the ship is that there is no al-around fitness trail on the top outside deck. One can't walk all around outside the ship. But I think many new ships don't have that feature anymore. The food was very good and has much improved since a previous sailing on an MSC ship. The buffet felt a little repetitive for a 7-day cruise, but I could still find things to eat. The MSC Seashore is great value for money. I will definitely book a sailing on this ship again.

Fantastic ship & great people!!! Loved the balcony!

Not sure I would use MSC again. The area on the "Promenade" deck made you walk through a smoking section. You could not walk around the ship in a continuous loop. There should be a dining section in the buffet area that is for adults only and an attendant at the door to enforce this.

We loved this cruise on the Seashore. This was our second cruise with MSC. Our first cruise with MSC was on the Meraviglia and everything was horrible. The only word the staff knows how to say is NO. The WiFi was so bad I cancelled it after two days of trying to make it work. After the Meraviglia we said we would never go on another MSC cruise again. We actually had another cruise booked during this same week when a friend called and begged us to come on the Seashore with her. We were very reluctant but finally agreed and all 11 of us booked three cabins on the Seashore and it was wonderful. I was in cabin 11281 and our room attendant was the best we’ve ever had on any cruise.

MSC is offering cruisers an opportunity to expand their idea of how a cruise line can deliver a “fresh” new cruising experience.

Food was fair, didn’t find most of staff to be overly nice as compared to other cruises we’ve been on .

Was a great time everyone was courteous and helpful

On the first day, we said we would never go MSC again, but things totally turned around on the second day ---- so much so that we booked another one! Special thanks to our Cabin Steward Glenn; waiter Rusdi and his assistant Thomas; and our favorite bartender, Mikhail (from Greece)! They totally were the reason for our change in attitude toward MSC.

Overall cruise was very nice and cast were super and helping making it fun

Very nice cruise. Everything was clean. Good food. Pleasant people to deal with. More than I expected at a great price.
