Review summary

I've tried four times to upload photos of the propeller outside of my room and am unable to do so, please contact if needed. I am not only upset at my room but also my dilemma with the drink package. I originally booked the alcoholic drink package and wifi, but since had stopped drinking. When I called to downgrade my package, I was told that I was unable to do so without paying $600. There was a significant difference in cost, which I feel as though I should have been reimbursed for. Between that and my room, I will not sail with or recommended MSC cruises.

Not bad, had to wait in an EXTREMELY long line but once it started moving it wasn't too bad

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

I was mainly drinking the Heineken Zero which is a non alcoholic option, half the time it wasn't available at bars and I would have to go on the hunt for it

Onboard Activities

Not too bad, I did expect a little bit more but I understand with it being a short trip. I really enjoyed the white party and the silent disco.

Size was fine, the bed was not comfortable as you could really feel that it was able to be split into two beds. The view was HORRIBLE. I was not made aware that the extra propeller would be stored right outside of my room which obstructed my view. I am a shorter person so I was not able to see the water while we were cruising aside from a little gap off to the side. I would have had a better view without upgrading to the balcony. I am extremely disappointed, especially since it was my first cruise and I worked hard to be able to upgrade to the balcony.

Would have loved a little bit different shopping options as the straw market had all the same things from what I saw/ Also, thankfully we were able to find access to a beach free of charge because $70 a person is INSANE for the location right near Senor Frogs.

First congratulations on your sobriety.🎉🎉You’ll find that issue on any cruise line. You can always upgrade but never downgrade.
