There are more Europeans than Americans on this cruise, so if you want to visit and meet people be aware there will be a language barrier. Also many of the crew do not understand English well. Communication is difficult.

I booked this ship thinking that it would have the latest technology, meaning it would have the latest sound insulation tech. The noise from the deck above us and both sides was really bad. The ship is beautiful and they spent plenty of money in the common areas. But it’s not going to help you relax and have a restful night sleep. I will not, nor would I recommend any to anyone to book a cruise on this ship. People smoking pot and cigarettes on the balconies, which really limited me and my family being able to use the balcony that I paid for.

This is my 4 cruise with msc . Done the yacht and other level . I keep giving msc another chance to get service and experience like royal , celebrity , holland . . Every time disappoint . Last cruise with them

bring a magnifying glass to read cabin phone, bring a box of nose tissues, internet for only one device and cannot switch to computer like of cruise linesgo to guest service desk and have husband and wife on one account. explanation of wifi if you use your phone then cannot turn off to use computer

Don’t go on MSC. It’s not the boat for fun or a good vacation. I did not enjoy this at all. I will never go back to MSC. I’ll stick with carnival Royal Caribbean but stay clear of a MSC rude people on there and rude people that work there.

We had brought magnetic hooks and extra cable for charging items. Also if you get wifi, it’s spotty and you can’t switch out devices. Like we purchased 2 and used them on cell phones. Couldn’t switch out to use on Laptop or iPad
