Review summary

Ship is beautiful! Overall staff did a good job with room for improvement! I have pictures of our first room experience as stated here should anyone be interested in validating my experience and reason for writing this honest review. Food was good and dessert were delicious!

Line and process to board was way too long!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
The food was good once it arrived at the table in our assigned dinning room (Skyline) , buffet lines were too crowded and difficult to find a place to sit afterwards. Specialty restaurant was a joke! ( Sea Cove) returned back to the Kitchen the seafood tower and salt crusted fish , to dry! Seafood tower was smelly and stale the stone crab and mussels.

Onboard Activities

Outstanding fitness center! State of the art.

Entertainment

Stage shows were pretty but, the singer were terrible! Ear ache! Must improve in this area as well.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Hotel manager, Mr. Hilton from Brazil was on point and great PR skills! Specialty restaurant Manager, Alessandra, from Italy needs to be demoted, retrained and or put back on the floor. No people skills whatsoever, poor listener, rude and jumps to incorrect conclusions without cause. She ruined my Birthday dinner at the seafood specialty restaurant and foiled the entire cruise experience! On the other hand, our dining experience was made much better by Mr. Josua ( supervisor) at the skyline restaurant. Great PR, outstanding people skills and all around hard worker that seems to know how to make the company look good. I would definitely promote that man! Very unfortunate that one person can ruin the entire experience and in this case she was wrong! This is an honest and factual critique I have more evidence to present if I’m contacted, I don’t believe this is the proper place to post the pictures or speak about our experience.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ship is beautiful but the lay out is not good too many people walking or standing with adequate seating areas. Seems you are in a lavaran pathways to get to the venues. Ship common areas were well cleaned and maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
Our cabin was poorly cleaned upon arrival. Whirlpool had hairs and popped ballon’s laying around from previous traveler! Bathroom also had hair balls. I went to the desk and spoke to the Hotel manager Mr. Hilton, he moved us to cabin 11299 very nice, much better at the rear of the ship with wraparound balcony. Mr. Hilton was wonderful in apologizing for the inconvenience and making up for the shortcomings! Cudos to Mr. Hilton.

Ship tip

Be prepared to make a long line at the buffet and long waiting times at the dinner restaurants.

Beautiful place! Too bad it has so many homeless people right at the port entrance it gives a bad impression of the place. Otherwise a great destination.
