Review summary

Ship and crew were fine. We just felt like we got bait and switched on our room. We played a lot for a Aurea suite but it was not what we expected. Very disappointing.

We thought that the suite was in the back of the ship and it was all the way forward. The balcony was described as 100SF and it was around 60 SF and had a solid wall on the bottom half that you couldn’t see through. Also there was large beam right by our balcony that created an obstructed view. We felt we got Duped on our room. CS closed the first day before we could complain.

Ship tip

Buy the yacht club. We would have but we thought we would sacrifice our great room that we didn’t have.

Thanks for the review next time download also Cruiser mapper app it can help you search you cruise where it can say the info and deck with legend descriptions

Glad you enjoyed most of it. It’s always important to research the deck plans, photos and videos of cabins when choosing a cabin location. The cabins with the lower-half metal balconies are shaded on the deck plans and the codes on the deck plan indicate that.
