Review summary

Ship and crew were fine. We just felt like we got bait and switched on our room. We played a lot for a Aurea suite but it was not what we expected. Very disappointing.

We thought that the suite was in the back of the ship and it was all the way forward. The balcony was described as 100SF and it was around 60 SF and had a solid wall on the bottom half that you couldn’t see through. Also there was large beam right by our balcony that created an obstructed view. We felt we got Duped on our room. CS closed the first day before we could complain.
