Paid for 3 speciality restaurant i only one was ok .the butcher block the Seafood and Mexican was horribly both food and service

Lucky if you can get a drink . If you carry large wad of cash on board and tip cash directly to employee you will get service

Lack of cleaning. Specially buffet area and other common area .lack of paper towel and soap at hand cleaning station . No wonder I left with COVID . Coughing every Where by crew and passenger . Ship design … super spreader to tight of quarters

This is my 4 cruise with msc . Done the yacht and other level . I keep giving msc another chance to get service and experience like royal , celebrity , holland . . Every time disappoint . Last cruise with them
