Will probably cruise MSC again. Please make your web site more friendly and easy. difficult time with printing documents. called MSC number and kept on getting a run around to call other numbers

food was just okay in main dining room. Steak Diane, no one ate at our table it was to tough. . same drinks were different prices through out ship. at breakfast three waiters not needed to take table orders. breakfast came to table at different times and not consistant

decor excellent, shower a little small, our cabin steward Daniel did a great job of keeping it clean, hated large mirror at foot of bed, no nose tissue supplied
Ship tip
bring a magnifying glass to read cabin phone, bring a box of nose tissues, internet for only one device and cannot switch to computer like of cruise linesgo to guest service desk and have husband and wife on one account. explanation of wifi if you use your phone then cannot turn off to use computer
hate this port , after dropping off suitcases it is difficult to get to parking garage. also some ships do not get back to same terminal that they left from shuttle buses are difficult to find.
It looks like a great start, but needs more clean up and landscape. buffet line was very long, i went back to ship buffet to eat and did not return to ocean cay. don't nickel and dine the cost of ice cream, give to children for free

Also They need to do something with Free Ice Cream machine they only offer Gelato but is a fee, MSC Meraviglia is now testing free Ice Cream

Glad you enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to being on the Seascape in May. MSC’s website and customer service are by far the worst in the cruise industry, but the onboard experience is great.
