Mediocre. Way too many RUDE people, buffet lines were fine but lots of interruptions. Slow service at times. While at the buffets lots of people asking you to attend their speciality restaurants

No newly wed game show. They are always so much fun.
The run to a seat for name that tune trivia’s was only interesting because of Helen and her Hubby from UK
The game room was ok but very costly.
Very small basketball/soccer space.
Private island- no Volleyball:-(
Entertainment

Only good show was the comedian which luckily we went to both.
Service and Staff
2 out of 5
Clearly understaffed!!!
Room steward was good for us but not the other room in our party.
Dinner service was ok. Language barriers
Max ( from South Africa) in sports bar was GREAT
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
Design is poor.
Not many restrooms
Atrium for events 👎👎
Flooring on top floors was very hot for feet
Same flooring in indoor pool and kid areas. Soaking wet=slippery
Should have a layer on top so water seeps through
Slides were good
Hated the top 19 was unavailable to all. Irritating to say the least
Cabin / Stateroom

Our room steward was great! Room was good for us. No concerns
Ship tip
We had brought magnetic hooks and extra cable for charging items. Also if you get wifi, it’s spotty and you can’t switch out devices. Like we purchased 2 and used them on cell phones. Couldn’t switch out to use on Laptop or iPad
The area was full of shopping, lazy river, bar/food for purchase and beach chairs. We didnt do any of that.
We did an excursion through shipmate. Meet at 1130 to be back about 4 ( waterfall jumps/slides). We got back at 5 way to right for a arrival at 515. No time to shop ( could have before but we didn’t know)
I didn’t mention in on my review but I get what you mean about the rude passengers. It was mostly Europeans on mine (I assume for yours too) and it’s just a different culture. I totally agree about the atrium shows. Didn’t like that. I thought the theatre performances were great. Just different tastes I guess. The staff were great but I know what you mean about the language barrier. It made ordering drinks at the bar tough at times but it’s still new and they will learn I’m sure. Thanks for your review!
People either love or hate MSC. The public restrooms on many MSC ships are behind a door that goes to the area where the restrooms are and aren’t always easily noticeable. A quick check of the deck plans posted around the ship or online will show you the locations.
