Over 6000 passengers to many people lines too long

Overall the Yatch Club experience on the Seascape was great. I would definitely book in the yatch club again. Give it a try.

We had a really great time on the MSC Seascape! The ship is absolutely beautiful. It is clean and sparkling. The staff is amazing. We booked a suite and the cabin was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the views with the balcony. MSC allowed us to balance activities and quiet time very nicely. There is tons to do for entertainment and lots of quiet places to relax. The food was fantastic. The buffet offers something for everybody and it really is delicious. The nightly restaurant dinners provided an elegant delicious meal with wonderful service. The theater entertainment was a little bit corny but that's okay. The lounge acts were a little more intimate and higher caliber performances. I would take MSC again anytime. The Seascape is a fantastic ship and everybody works really hard to make sure you have a good time.

We had a great cruise. Even though we didn't take advantage of the spa, we are sold on the Aurea level with its priority boarding, anytime dining in a separate dining room (less crowded meaning more personalized service), and little extras like robes, slippers, and other treats in the cabin. Anything that we didn't take advantage of was our decision; we just ran out of time!

This ship was clean and well kept, although the service was horrible, from the main dining room to most of the bars. DO NOT book on the 15th floor, the buffet is on the next level and all night long the noise from the chairs being moved to the the dollies they use is unbearable. I booked four rooms and was embarrassed that I excepted these rooms for my group. MSC took my complaint but did nothing to compensate us for the inconvenience. They charged me for items in the Mini bar in the room, I never opened the mini bar but they are standing firm with the charge. We did an excursion on thier private Island call the Ocean Cay Bahama Breeze Escape "cateraman excursion" owned by Neal Watson's Bimini Scuba Center, DON'T DO IT !!! $94/person and its a joke. The exursion was horrible, the young crew was cordial but played vulgar RAP music once we arrived at the swim area. As an adult I could ignore it but there were little kids on the vessal who didn't need to be subject to this kind of music. The crew was more focused with partying with some young females at the swim area, and they were not paying attention to the other guest. We were advised that we sould not drink any of the rum punch theat was part of the package until we were done swimming. Well, once my wife and I got back on the boat, the only thing in the ice cooler was water and the cups we were suppose to use were floating around in it. Pathetic !!! Upon departure people were diving off the upper part of the boat in shallow water, very dangerous. The other disturbing thing the crew didn't do was take a head count upon departure. Totally irresposible. The buffet on the island closes at two and was not very good, they had two vending trucks that they passed out DRY hamburgers and hot dogs for the balance of the day on the island. I dont think I will travell with MSC again, Royal Carribian beats them HANDS DOWN !!!

For our first cruise we had such a great time and experience. My 5 year old was entertain the entire and Doremi was the cutest mascot. I will definitely return and book another trip with MSC.

Bottom line. The ship is enormous and beautiful, the room was nicely done and had plenty of room - even the bathroom with a full size shower. The staff was friendly, but overworked and the stress showed on their faces. Guest services had canned answers and it was obvious they were not going to do any compensation equal to what we lost on the ship - that was our sleep. The food really was terrible in our main dinning and specialty restaurants. We will try another cruise line but not a MSC ship for the foreseeable future. About the room - the 16th floor mainly was the Market Buffet since we were right under the Market Buffet we believe the noise was coming from a mechanical device that ran close to our cabin. Given the other issues of food, and not being properly staffed, staff being overworked, rudeness of the guests on board the cruise still gets the same rating.

We love MSC. We loved Seascape. This was an awesome trip.

The Seascape is a beautiful ship that is well designed. Enjoy the differences with MSC rather than comparing it to other lines.

The cruise overall was amazing but MSC left a bad taste in our mouths with their refund tactics. I called approximately 10 times prior to the start of the cruise and kept notes of who I talked with and what they said. Every time I called I was lied to and even hung up on a few times when I was being transferred with no call back. I did not feel valued as a customer, MSC got my money and moved on.

We had an great time & cant wait to be back again!

Enjoyed our friends and the ports we stopped at with the excursions. However, I do not think that we will choose MSC again!

The cruise ship was great! Food was great and the staff was great.

Expect different. Msc don’t do the small things normal cruise lines do. Staff especially officers greeting you with a smile isn’t a thing. Actually they walk by u like I don’t exist. No communication from the ship to passengers and when we did get info most of time it was wrong.

This was our 1st and last time on MSC. The ship is beautiful. There is nothing worth going back on this cruiseline again. I wish it would let me give an overall star rating. It's giving it a 3.2 or something. I wouldn't give it 3 out of 5. Maybe 1 or a 2 out of 5.

I love msc. They are truly great for the price you pay :)! Highly recommend!

We will never again cruise on an MSC ship. The line has relaxed its safety & cleaning protocols, and at a time when it is understaffed, it is sailing at full capacity+. It wasn't enough that the passengers were coughing and sneezing in the enclosed spaces, but several of the crew that I noticed were ill. We used our masks as often as possible, but no one else was encouraged to wash or sanitize their hands. Those same hands were used by other passengers to take food from the buffet - no tongs. Even though we boarded with all of our shots and very healthy, we are now suffering through coughing, sneezing, and congestion, and that's after 2 days of vomiting several days ago. A cruise line's pursuit of revenue should not adversely affect our health. Our Diamond cruise cards will not be saved as a memory of our cruise.

Mediocre. Way too many RUDE people, buffet lines were fine but lots of interruptions. Slow service at times. While at the buffets lots of people asking you to attend their speciality restaurants

Great cruise. More activities & venues than MSC Meraviglia.

Would not recommend this cruise to anyone pay the extra to cruise Royal Caribbean, Virgin or Disney
