Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
No omelette station. Soft serve ice cream, free for one hour in the the Buffet line very long. Other than that if you want ice cream you have to pay for it at a bar is like two dollars. Food always running out very fast. Lines very long. If you order a drink or water from your package, they never come then when you flag them down they take over half an hour

Whenever they had a theme night, for example dress in white night outside by the main pool there was no chairs they do not take out any chairs at all. You have to stand all night elders tired, children tired

Service and Staff

Over worked. When you order a drink, they take a long time to bring it when you order from the menu in the dining room they forget what you ordered. Always missing something.

Disembarkation

We were on board and arrive the day that there was an accident due to a ferry crash in Miami. They kept us all day on board till almost 9PM. They did not feed us after 2 o’clock, children, crying they were hungry elders, no food to take their medication no water no coffee ran out. All the bathrooms were clogged. It was terrible terrible - They are not prepared for emergencies. They don’t care about everybody that was there, hungry thirsty. When we finally got off all the suitcases, were mixed up nobody could find there’s. This was our second cruise with MSC (Seashore & Seascape) and each time we got off the next day we got sick.
