Overall great great cruise experience I see MSC is striving to improve and step up their game in the business. This was my first MSC cruise so I had several other lines to compare . MSC is getting there. Keep improving food/bar service hospitality and crew education I know you can’t make everyone happy but I personal saw you MSC do their best .

I enjoyed this cruise. First time on MSC. Embarkation needs huge improvement. The ship is gorgeous & the staff is extremely friendly & helpful. The ships Pub is great, but not complimentary like on other cruise lines, but the food & service is great! Shout out to the theatre crew. The cruise Director & Assistant are visible & attentive. Huge shout out to all bartenders/wait staff/housekeeping & steward cabins. And of course, the cook. MSC Meraviglia has room for improvement, but it’s a great place to start from.

Beautiful ship, MSC is a great addition to the other popular lines. Meraviglia holds about 5500 people but it does not feel crowded at all. They really put thought into the layout. The dome on deck 6 is so nice and was a highlight of my day to watch the show, it's 5 minutes long. Ocean Cay Marine Reserve is so beautiful and relaxing. Nice long port day there and the Lighthouse show at night is fun. The entertainment and activities on the ship were all great. The food has room for improvement but hopefully that gets better as they adjust to the American market. Overall, great ship and I would sail MSC again to try another ship.

Was well worth it and would go on this ship again.

Though it was my first cruise I've never seen service staff like that and any of the high end venues ive ever been to. The food was excellent above excellent and the staff treats you with the utmost respect I would give 10 stars if I could I highly recommend this to anyone this ship is gorgeous

Took my daughter on this cruise for her 11th bday, her and I had a great relaxing time, the staff was great, friendly, helpful, very respectful... would do it again. Thanks so much for a great vacation. everything was on point.

Beautiful ship, there are many entertainment activities on board, the staff service is professional and polite, the food is fresh and rich in variety

I love MSC. I'm sort of a spokesperson for the cruise line. As I'm always trying to turn negative comments to positive comments when folks try to compare MSC to other cruise lines.

We truly enjoyed this cruise aside from the suite fiasco. We get suites because we spend the majority of our time there relaxing and decompressing from home. I expected this cruise on MSC to be somewhat different than other cruise lines and was not disappointed. Many of the differences we enjoyed others we found interesting and not disappointing. We will again be sailing on the Meraviglia in May 2025 and definitely not in a Yacht Club Duplex Suite.

I had an amazing time! Except for a few hiccups, it was a great cruise. Ocean Cay Reserve made me book another MSC cruise this Summer but this time with family members!

I had the opportunity to take this cruise on a steep discount so from that aspect alone it was worth it. However, I don’t know that I would take another cruise on MSC if I had to pay a “normal” rate. As a person with a physical disability there were definitely some challenges. I had rented a scooter but couldn’t keep it in my room because it would not fit. I couldn’t charge it in the hallway because there were only European outlets. Maneuvering through some of the stores was challenging because the width of aisles were too small.

Because we did not have the butler service we paid for it was disappointing. The concierge was asked to help with my phone, she did something which she didn't tell me which was take it out of airplane mode. I had to do a zoom meeting which cost me over $500. Of course this was discounted by them as not their fault! Thanks for nothing! We also had uninvited guests come into the Yacht Club deck and some things were stolen. Security was lax. We paid for an exclusive area! I will not travel on this ship again!

Our cruise was fantastic. We love Sailing in the Yacht Club. MCS provides the best value of any cruise line we have used. We have sailed on more than seven cruises. The Southern Caribbean is incredible as is the Yacht Club.

If you are getting a great great great deal, then go ahead and book if you just need to get away somewhere anywhere. Otherwise, I would not recommend you pay a lot of good money for this ship, seek out another cruise line.

We had already read bad reviews about MSC Service, food but I was not expecting to have an issue at every port with our excursions and getting off the ship.

Given it was a sold out cruise with 5,000 plus guests we never felt crowded. Already have another cruise booked this year.

I had a wonderful time. I loved the ship and, although I did not love all the ports, I still had a terrific experience.

It was realy fun I would recommend going on it.👍👍👍👍

Would sail MSC again. Great staff. Plenty of variety of events/entertainment to keep you busy
