Review summary

Because we did not have the butler service we paid for it was disappointing. The concierge was asked to help with my phone, she did something which she didn't tell me which was take it out of airplane mode. I had to do a zoom meeting which cost me over $500. Of course this was discounted by them as not their fault! Thanks for nothing! We also had uninvited guests come into the Yacht Club deck and some things were stolen. Security was lax. We paid for an exclusive area! I will not travel on this ship again!

I have cruised MSC several times always booked the yacht club and always had an dedicated butler. Don’t understand why you’re saying you didn’t have one and was booked in the yacht club!!
