Review summary

One previous cruise pre-covid, a five day on NCL which was fine. We were 21 days on Meraviglia from March 30th to New York April 20th and were made to feel like family by so many of the staff. We were made special and had fun and enjoyed everything about the experience. Only negative was we booked first part of cruise thru whose description of our stateroom did not match what we received( stateroom 8060-no sofa) so we will only book in future thru MSC.

Hitesh and Simon in Waves Restaurant were particularly excellent. Eddie, Jeremy and April in Infinity Bar were very professional, courteous and friendly. Also loved the boys from Bali in Edge Bar and Brass Anchor( Arta and Anom)

Remarkable how the ship was kept in impeccably clean. Only complaint was the seats in Infinity Bar were very uncomfortable.
