Food was pretty good. Not the best I've had but plenty of variety. Wish there were more included options other than the main dining room and buffet

Our room steward and our waiter in the main dining room were both excellent. Always smiling and willing to help and/or answer any questions Most other staff on the ship were also very friendly

Very clean! Learning the layout of the decks was a little difficult. More so than any other line I've cruised before

We had a balcony cabin on deck 9. The room itself was decent sized for the two of us. Was always kept clean and we found the bed to be quite comfortable. Only issue was a nasty smell in the bathroom that was constant.
