Stunning Ship with Friendly Crew. Loved every minute of it!

One of the best cruises we have taken. Staff was overly friendly. The atmosphere made it very relaxing. The ship had a great layout. Everyone on our cruise appeared to be having a great time.

Overall it was nice and relaxing but I'm not sold on MSC or Yacht Club. I would try them again on a different ship that has more outside space (like Seaside) if the price was right.

Food and beverage were so so. They ran out of everything, even orange juice at the bars. No inventory control whatsoever.

MSC ships are beautiful but the food needs improvement

Paid extra to choose cabins and they took them away from us. We had 5 cabins and ended up all over the ship. Tried to challenge them but they would not give us our cabins back.

The cruise from beginning to end was amazing, buffet was great, dinner wasn’t the best I’d had on a cruise, drinks were great, staff was great

The MSC Meravaglia is a beautiful ship with stunning decor and venues but it definitely has some flaws . Our ship was fully booked so that may have played a part in its flaws. If your looking for a cruise vacation just to get away this may be a great cruise for you, but if your looking for a vacation where you will be accoladed with excellent service, food, and entertainment this may not be the cruise for you.

Really good cruise but the food onboard (MDR and Buffet) must be improved.

MSC Meraviglia is a beautiful modern ship with a nice indoor Promenade. The MDR food is just Ok. The shows are good, but sadly there is no Cirque du Soleil at Sea production. MSC Ocean Cay private island is great for a beach day but it doesn’t have a pool or lazy river. This was our second MSC cruise and it was an Ok vacation, but It was not Wow or Super Fun. We like Royal WOW and Carnival FUN new ships. Yes, I know that MSC has the Yacht Club, but it’s too expensive, I better spend money wisely. We will probably (THIRD TIME'S A CHARM) try the new MSC World Europa or any MSC World Class ship when they sail from Miami or Port Canaveral, and Hopefully MSC will fix their phone customer service, Website and MSC Voyagers Rewards Club issues.

Our second cruise can only be better, this was # 1

My experience in the Waves dining room was disappointing because I didn't get my food. I waited in a long line to disembark only to be told that I had a balance on my account. Turned out to be MSC couldn't credit the money back to me and had to give me cash. Overall the cruise was great and I am looking forward to my next one.

great cruise- so much fun- staff is spectacular. Food at main dining not my style at all- not a foodie. Don't want to wait till they open to get a menu for the day only to need my phone to google what it is :)

Staff was awesome! The ship was absolutely beautiful. The food is not up to par with the other cruise lines. There were not enough places in the shade to lounge. This ship holds 4500 passengers and there were only less than 700 passengers on board. Plenty of room to move around and no waiting for anything. It was a good cruise for the price.

Great ship, excellent service and very clean. Felt safer on ship than a supper market or fast food restaurant.

Beautiful ship, wonderful food, amazing staff/crew, the most UNCOMFORTABLE hard beds in my life should sleep on floor, maybe softer?

The ship is very beautiful food is not so good weather was terrible so we made the best of it and still had a great time couldn't ask for a better staff
