Review summary

Never sailing with MSC again. We are veteran cruisers with other lines - we will stick with NCL.

Embarkation

Took 4.5 hours to get onto the ship. Everyone was in long lines outside the terminal in the hot sun waiting for hours!

The food was awful - absolutely sub par. And service in MDR was terribly slow, and the buffet was a sh!t show with long lines going in all directions - it was a mess.

Activities? Carnival is the fun ships - go Carnival!

The shows were awful. The singing and dancing was embarrassing! The Carousel show was great.

Stupid staff that don’t know how to resolve any problems you encounter - and trust me there will be problems. Watch your account for “surprises” that you never purchased!

Big beautiful ship, but not enough elevators. Layout was very confusing.
