Review summary

It was our first time with MSC and we are not sure will come back. We never experienced such a bad organization- We had to wait 5 hours to get in the room and more of that nobody from the ship management didn't come to give us minimum informations about this huge delay. Also in Nassau we lost 1 hour wainting to go out from the ship..Debarcation was again confusing because of miscommunication...

After reading several reviews on your cruise about the embarkation and debarkation, I feel bad for your cruise. We didn’t have that problem earlier in the year.
