Review summary

Paid extra to choose cabins and they took them away from us. We had 5 cabins and ended up all over the ship. Tried to challenge them but they would not give us our cabins back.

This was a handicapped cabin but there wasn’t a sofa or a chair to sit on in the room. You had to sit in the bed.

Ship tip

Watch your bill- we had free internet and wifi and they kept adding charges for both. Also we were supposed to have an onboard credit at the time of the booking and we lost that too.

Currently on Meraviglia. We had the same issue of them not honoring the room we requested. Once onboard it was determined that apparently some areas are being used for potential quarantine areas if needed.which appears why some people having original rooms booked then switched. Good has been very good. Buffet can become repetitive but no different quality than NCL, Royal or Carnival from our personal experiences

Thanks for the review. I was on Meraviglia in January and had a great experience. Spring Break crowds caused issues with many cruise lines based on the reviews I have seen.
