Review summary

Day 1 and day 4 (getting on and off) total nightmares. My take is management failure to prepare for first US cruise, poor organization and communication, and poor procedures. Crew and ship are great.

Beautiful island. 1/2 hour wait in line for lunch buffet was painful. Food only okay at best - not worth the wait in line.

Disembarkation

Terrible. Did the express walk-off. Hundreds in deck 6 atrium with lines every which way. No organization. Very stressful. Difficult to settle or confirm account. Stressful to the max. Not fun.

Why were you outside for 3.5 hours waiting to board rather then inside the terminal waiting?
