6/10 - would not cruise this line again even though it was inexpensive. Too crowded and not for a solo adult traveler.

Great family cruise. Balcony was HUGE. We had a connecting inside room and that worked out perfectly for a pack n play. Plus the extra bathroom was nice to have. Ocean Cay was beautiful. Family beach was super close with free chairs and umbrellas.

Our cruise was everything and more than we could ask for. We are looking forward to cruise again.

3rd time on the Meravigilia and we loved it! The first time and second time were very low capacity cruises and this time was full capacity so we were a bit worried. It was unnecessary worry because it was just as fun if not more fun. The crowds were lively and the ship was active!

Overall cruising is what you make it and we had a great time. We loved the ship, the live music, the shows, the sevice and the ports. Most will have a great time on MSC and enjoy. We would not cruise MSC again for two reasons. 1) I feel like we were lied to prior to getting on the ship regarding the availability of a drink package onboard and they offered nothing to make it right. 2) We just enjoy Carnival and Royal significantly more. It's hard to pinpoint just one reason why. It was a lot of little things that added up. I hope this review is helpful. Happy cruising!

Have cruised with MSC before and loved it. This cruise was a major disappointment.

This was a nice getaway cruise for relaxation. If you don't know, MSC offers status match to other cruise line, hotel, and airline loyalty programs. If you have status somewhere else, make sure you apply for the status match as it can give you a couple of extra perks like specialty dining and time in the spa.

The cruise line is making strides with the American market and you can see that if you have cruised with them previously.

Music was one-sided, that's all they played was one type of music. The food needs work. The drinks was great. The entertainment needs work. The customer service on the entire ship need help in the worst way.

This cruseline has absolutely no organizational skills. Four hours to embark, standing in the hot Florida sun. Lines at Ocean Cay for drinks and food were unacceptable also.

It was our first time with MSC and we are not sure will come back. We never experienced such a bad organization- We had to wait 5 hours to get in the room and more of that nobody from the ship management didn't come to give us minimum informations about this huge delay. Also in Nassau we lost 1 hour wainting to go out from the ship..Debarcation was again confusing because of miscommunication...

It was a 3 day. First cruise ever had some issues but had a ton of fun

Never sailing with MSC again. We are veteran cruisers with other lines - we will stick with NCL.

Day 1 and day 4 (getting on and off) total nightmares. My take is management failure to prepare for first US cruise, poor organization and communication, and poor procedures. Crew and ship are great.

We loved it! The boat was great and the entertainment and private island superb. A few adjustments from MSC would make it perfect (like keeping the hot tubs and buffet open longer).
