Yes, we were the cruise that was nearly five hours late due to a woman overboard, but that’s NOT the reason for the lower rating. It was the long wait in the super crowded public spaces followed by standing in long lines without access to even a cold bottle of water, since accounts were already closed. They did extend breakfast hours in the buffet, but that meant sacrificing either your place in line or the only comfortable place you found to sit out the wait.
On the up side, the crew did a great job at keeping us updated and finding luggage afterward was super well organized.
