Have cruised with MSC before and loved it. This cruise was a major disappointment.

it took an hour and a half ...new staff member hit delete instead of enter , and all info was lost,

Buffet was terrible,,,Golden Coral type of experience. Poor presentation and it all looked greasy, and aged. They ran out of staples like butter and cream cheese the 2nd day. Restaurant had great service, but again food quality was lacking. as an Italian line you would think they know how to do Italian food. Bars were good and drinks were well made.

Horrible food. Poor presentation, and mainly tasteless. Coffee was weak, and juices watered down. Highlight was their European cold cuts ,cheeses, breads, and Lox on the final day. Pizza was pure Italian...dough, sauce, and a little cheese with herbs tossed on it
