Embarkation was not bad. Restrooms are hard to get to as you have to get out of line to go at terminal. Many of us have been in the car for awhile and have to go really bad.

Most foods were good. Would like more variety in cakes as most cakes had whipped topping or pudding/mousse. Would have loved a cake with buttercream icing.
Onboard Activities

There are fun activities on board. Would love to see two activities extended for longer periods though: karaoke only lasted around an hour and more people were willing to sing. The pools...why can't at least one pool stay open late?
Entertainment

I liked most of the entertainment. The singers and dancers were so talented. The number of shows they do and the physical and mental energy to perform all that choreography and costume changes...amazing!!!

Most crew members went above and beyond to help make my vacation the very best. There were a few forgotten items here and there but nothing that important.

I enjoyed my cabin very much. The only noise came from hangers in closet...I moved them around.
Ship tip
It's different from other cruise lines in some ways. Do your research ahead of time.
Ocean Cay is the best private island! It's beautiful clean beaches, white powder sand, and palm-trees blowing in the wind. My only suggestion would be to have actual beach lounge chairs at lighthouse Beach. The folding chairs are awful and the bean bags are too hard to get out of. The Adirondack chairs are ok but there isn't enough.
Disembarking was not the best for sure. Not MSC's fault but because of passenger emergency. There should have been more exits opened and not had huge lines. It could have been handled differently.
